- OneFinity Elite Series CNC Router - A high-precision, compact 3-axis CNC router for floor-standing or table-mounted use, with a bespoke configuration for the UK market.
- Delivers fast machining, exceptional rigidity, and simple operation. Suitable for machining a wide range of materials including wood, plastics, and non-ferrous metals, and built for demanding professional applications.
- The OneFinity Elite Series is available in 3 sizes: Woodworker (32' x 32"), Journeyman (48" x 32") & Foreman (48" x 32").
- The OneFinity CNC includes an advanced, custom MASSO touch controller with useful 15-inch high-definition industrial capacitive touch LED screen. Featuring: continuous and incremental jogging via touch screen, feed rate override, multiple work offsets (G54-G59), jump to line & power loss recovery.
- The heavy-duty 2.2kW air-cooled high-frequency Redline spindle paired with the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) maintains constant speed under load and allows easy end-user spindle RPM adjustment during a job, via the MASSO controller. Included as standard in all OneFinity machine kits from Trend and includes 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 6mm and 8mm ER20 collets.
- Each axis is built with rigid, high precision, hardened steel, linear motion shafts. The X axis come standard with an additional 3rd rail, which increases overall rigidity, improves flatness and reduces vibration as well as supports the additional weight and torque that the 2.2kW Redline spindle has, compared to conventional trim routers.
- High speed, long travel, Z-20 heavy duty linear rail on the Z Axis to support the heavy duty 80mm spindle mount. This high specification Z-Slider has a maximum travel of 160mm, making it ideal for deep cutting and the processing of thick materials.
- Powerful “anti-skip,” closed loop 1.2nm stepper motors on the X, Y and Z axis, with a preinstalled breaking motor on Z axis to stop spindle drop when the machine is powered off.
- The fast travel, precision ball screws on all axis lets the machine travel quickly without losing precision because they convert motor movement into smooth, accurate linear motion. This paired with the closed-loop motors, MASSO controller and the rigid tubular rails means the machine has a maximum travel speed (rapid rate) of up to 15,240 mm/min.
- Each axis uses advanced infrared homing sensors, to help maintain accurate positioning and consistent machine setup every time the CNC is powered on.
- The complete machine has a user-friendly design, plug and play connectors with male and female connectors clearly labelled, to provide you with a quick and easy setup, allowing the machine to be assembled in under 2 hours.
- Designed with an open-ended front and back allowing for 'tiling' enabling the cutting of pieces longer than the cutting area with ease, such as standard 8 x 4' sheet material.
- The OneFinity machines sold by Trend, all come as standard with a XYZ Touch Probe, Easy-Z Tool Setter, Spindle-Mounted Dust Shoe, 3rd Rail X Axis Attachment, 2.2kW Spindle & VFD.
- Each unit is fully production tested with a test cut to ensure proper functionality and quality. Shipping costs are included within the overall machine price. A 1 Year Warranty is Included. UK Support and Spares always available. The full machine is CE & UK/CA Compliant.
